Spring Thing Market, an annual production of Chapelwood's United Methodist Women, is a large spring market in Houston and a beloved event for Memorial-area women and their friends. Last year's Spring Thing boasted 90 vendors and raised $95,000 for local and global missions benefiting women and children. The upcoming market opens on March 5 with an evening preview party and the free market takes place on March 6 and 7.
