The legendary 1720 Stradivarius Red Mendelssohn that inspired a movie, The Red Violin, is coming to Houston for one night only. Renowned American violinist, Elizabeth Pitcairn, has dedicated her life to sharing the beauty and power of this incredible violin with the world.

Pitcairn will be joined by pianist Louise Thomas in a performance of passion, excitement and beauty to include works by Schubert, Ravel, The Red Violin Chaconne by Oscar®-winning composer Corigliano, and Schindler’s List by Williams.
