Formed by four close friends, the Modigliani Quartet was recently named "one of the best quartets in the world" by the Seattle Times. The ensemble, celebrating its 11th year performing together, is returning to Houston and bringing a unique program to the Stude Concert Hall.

Momentum for the quartet has continued to build, with the ensemble now boasting five award-winning albums. The Chamber Music Houston audience will also witness the group's performance of the uncommon but beautiful Quartet No. 3 in A Minor, Op. 33 by Dohnányi.
