Chef Kian Lam Kho, author of Phoenix Claws & Jade Trees and James Beard Award nominee, will teach a cooking class demo at the Central Market Cooking School. During the class, guests will discover the secrets to authentic Chinese cooking, enabling them to re-create any dish at home.

Armed with this knowledge, participants will re-create dishes from all over China and even invent their own favorites. Menu includes: Red Cooked Pork with Steamed Buns, Kung Pao Chicken; Stir-Fried Beef with Black Pepper and Stir-fried Greens with Garlic.
