Central Market Cooking School presents Learn @ Lunch: Build a Better BLT

Participants will be introduced to a variety of options that will help them build the best BLT. Along the way, participants will pick up tips on cooking bacon, know how to create several sauces and condiments, and learn more about the varieties of bacon available. 

The following BLTs will be made during this event:

  • A Grilled Cheesy-BLT with Irish Cheddar & Cherrywood Smoked Bacon
  • An Italian-style BLT with Basil Pesto Mayo & Pancetta
  • A Southern-style BLT with Homemade Pimento Cheese & Bacon Steaks
