Participants in this event celebrate the flavors of the great state of Louisiana.  They will learn a little about the ingredients, what differentiates Cajun from Creole, and create:

  • Boudin-stuffed Quail
  • Pecan-crusted Red Fish with Hot Sauce Buerre Blanc
  • Maque Choux with Tasso
  • Stewed Okra & Tomatoes
  • Bananas Fosters Bread Pudding
