Central Market is bringing Brewtopia to Houston for two weeks in October with an event featuring hundreds of beers from around the world, pint-to-plate dinners, home brewing workshops and more.

Chef Eddy Van Damme, professor of baking and pastry arts at HCC's Central College, will guide an exploration into the flavors that can come from combining quality craft beer with chocolates and other savory deserts.
