In honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, Memorial Hermann Southwest Hospital and The Galleria are teaming up to host Catwalk for a Cause, held on the first floor of Galleria IV near Nordstrom.

Under the direction of Page Parkes, fashion stylist Leslie Rivas and agency director Erik Bechtol, 20 survivors and their caregivers will strut their stuff down the catwalk modeling the latest styles from Macy's and Brighton Collectibles. Bare Minerals and Visible Changes will work their magic to make the women and men runway ready. Mia Gradney of KHOU Ch. 11 will emcee the event.

Following the fashion show, spectators will have the opportunity to meet Memorial Hermann affiliated breast health experts and learn tips for early detection, prevention and proper screening techniques, including the latest screening technologies.
