Carnival Houston Street Parade and Festival is in its second year with multiple events throughout Memorial Day Weekend. Carnival events include a gala, pageant, a paint party, the street parade and festival, an after party and a fun-day with picnic and games.
The event highlights the diverse cultures in Houston through music, cuisine, costume parades and performances.
