Houston Community College presents the artistic and cultural exploration of Carnaval as defined by the people of the Dominican Republic. The works provide a glimpse into the diverse world of the annual celebration and explore the creativity, customs, history and music inspired by folklore traditions that found their beginnings five centuries ago.
The exhibition is on view through March 31.
UPDATE: The exhibition has been extended through April 15.
