The Career Day Luncheon and Student Fashion Show honors fashion designer Carmen Marc Valvo and Janet Gurwitch, co-founders of Laura Mercier Cosmetics. The event also celebrates the 25th anniversary of Fashion Group International of Houston's career day, which is one of the largest career events in the country for fashion, interior design, retail management and beauty for college and high school students.
