Celebrate Houston in a whole new way. Join Buffalo Bayou Partnership for a kayak adventure through Houston's stunning urban wilderness. This trip is perfect for those beginner or first-time paddlers.
Meet at Allen's Landing (Commerce and Main Street) and paddle east to Buffalo Bend Nature Park, near Lockwood Drive. Shuttles will be provided to take paddlers back to the parking area.
Fee includes kayak rental (two-person tandem kayak), paddles, life jacket, instructions prior to departing, shuttle service and a guide from the kayak outfitter, North Lake Conroe Padding Company. All reservations must be made by the end of the day on Friday prior to the tour date. Only 28 spaces available per tour date.
