Howl-O-Ween Fest is a daylong tribute to all things canine.The fun includes a host of stage performances, a pup-and-people Ruff Run, a colorful pooch fashion show, gourmet food trucks and other activities, with proceeds going to a collection of local dog rescue groups.
Among the entertainment is Kyra Sundance, best-selling author of 101 Dog Tricks and a finalist (with her dog) on the first season of Animal Planet's Ultimate Pet Star.
