The Bridgeland Community Supports Veterans, Inc. will host the Bridgeland Community Run/Walk for Heroes, the annual fundraising event supporting and honoring local veterans. In addition to the race, the event promises fun for the whole family with assorted vendors, entertainment and free food.

Participants in the 5K and 10K races will have the chance to win first, second and third place trophies, and all runners will receive a commemorative shirt and hand towel. Additionally, every child participating in the 1K race will be awarded a medal.
