Brennan’s of Houston presents Smith Story Wine Dinner

By way of Windsor, California, family-owned Smith Story Wine Cellars - whose mission is centered around respect for the land, kindness to the growers, and love from the winemaker - will be pouring at Brennan’s as part of a four-course Smith Story Wine Dinner. Guests will enjoy four-courses from Brennan’s Executive Chef Joe Cervantez, complemented by a selection of wines made with love by the husband-wife (and pooch) team.

Highlights include a Lamb Cassoulet paired with Smith Story "Lord Sandwich" Sonoma County, NV - a blend of Zinfandel and Syrah from Dry Creek Valley named after their dog - as well as Poached Pear and Creole Cream Cheese Galette paired with Smith Story, Riesling, Rheinhessen, Germany 2016.
