Breakthrough T1D (formerly JDRF) will present the annual Promise Ball. This year’s “Mariposa: Spread Your Wings” themed event will honor Erin and Chris Dyer, as well as Erin’s parents, Ronda and Dan Feeney. The evening will also celebrate Patricia Wright with the Meredith and Fielding Cocke Visionary Award and will highlight Victoria and Chris Wright as The Fund A Cure Family.
Host of Houston Texans TV Drew Dougherty will again serve as the Emcee and welcome guests to a program celebrating advancements in the research and treatment of type 1 diabetes.
Guests can participate in a silent auction and a live auction led by auctioneer Johnny Holloway. Additional fundraising activities include a wine pull, sweepstakes, and an opportunity to support T1D research during the Fund A Cure portion.
The evening will finish with a performance by the Undercover Band, as well as a chance to win prizes during the Casino Games After Party.
