With a nod to Thanksgiving, "If My Turkey Were a Pig" is the theme of this month's BRC Monthly Pig Dinner. Enjoy executive chef Steve Marques Paul's roasted pig with all the Thanksgiving trimmings, which include green bean casserole salad, roasted mushrooms, green beans, almonds and cranberry vin as the first course.
Second course includes roasted pork, mashed sweet potatoes, grandma Lee's chestnut apple dressing and pan seared Brussels sprouts. The final course includes a bacon apple crumble with bourbon sorghum ice cream.
