After a successful inaugural dinner service, Brave Kitchen Project, a venture helmed by MasterChef contestant James Nelson, continues its culinary adventures with a melange of Texas flavors and Korean flair. With the support of teammates Vicente Blasco, Ryan Harcourt and Jeremiah Tallerine, Nelson promises to dish a menu that includes spicy Korean barbecue chicken served with kimchi, alongside other selections suitable for vegetarian palates.
