It is a time to give thanks for the summer and pay tribute to the coming darkness. Join Brasil in support of their community farms and local Houston growers. This seasonal family style farm dinner will include slow roasted butternut, green garlic toasted bread, smoked guinee hen, lavender compressed cucumber and many more delightful items. For dessert the participants can look forward to honey fall squash sorbet, broken macron, mint infused almond milk, and dukka spiced puffed rice.
