The 6th Annual Bánh Mì Cookoff challenges teams of talented chefs to prepare their own versions of the Vietnamese Bánh Mì. Winners are crowned either by judges' rubric (judges include Christine Ha, MasterChef season 3 winner; Linda Nguyen, Roostar; Eric Sandler, CultureMap; and Timothy Malcolm, Houstonia Magazine.).
Guests are encouraged to attend and sample the various sandwiches and additional small bites, as well as enjoy a night of entertainment, music, drinks, and dancing.
