Bon Vivantunites over 20 of the city’s top chefs for a five-course dining event like no other, serving gourmet dishes tableside while supporting academic success for underserved students. Each participating chef will take over a private table, delivering an intimate, interactive dining experience complete with curated wine pairings, inspired menus, and thoughtful conversations.

Guests can expect to see standout names like Dominick Lee (Augustine’s), Yotam Dolev (Okto), Nikki Tran (TINS by Kau Ba), and Ryan Lachaine (Riel) alongside emerging culinary stars and beloved local favorites.

Other participating culinary talent includes Robert Gonzalez (1600 B+G - Hilton Americas Houston), Christian Hernandez (Barbacana Restaurant), Jess DeSham Timmons (Camellia Monday Hospitality), Ara Malekian (Harlem Road TX BBQ), Tom Cunanan (Hermies Restaurant), Marcos Juarez (Hidden Omakase), Jonathan Levine (Jonathan's the Rub), Adison Lee (Kuu), Brandon Soverall (La Griglia), Cori Xiong (Mala Sichuan Bistro), Fernanado Rios (MIMO), Maurizzio Ferrarse (Remi), Elizabeth Stone (Silver Stone Events), Olayemi "Yems" Thomas & Khalieb Rufael (Spice Boyz Supper Klub), David Cordua (The Lymbar), Jonathan Esparza (Toro Toro), Sunil Srivastava (Verandah), Manuel-David Menchaca (Vic & Anthony's), and Joey Victorian (Victorian BBQ).

The evening begins with a cocktail hour featuring hors d’oeuvres by the Four Seasons culinary team. The evening also includes a program filled with entertainment and a live auction led by auctioneer Johnny Bravo.

All proceeds from Bon Vivant benefit YDC’s after-school academic remediation programs, which are focused on improving literacy and math skills for students in Houston’s Greater Fifth Ward.
