Bodegas Familia Zuccardi Wine Dinner

Owners and restaurateurs Maria and Gianfranco Percovich, owners Sal y Pimienta South American Kitchen, host a five-course Bodegas Familia Zuccardi Wine Dinner with special guest Tiffany Ross, regional manager for Winesellers.

First course
Ceviche de Lenguado, fresh dover sole, marinated with citrus fruit.
Pairing: Zuccardi Series A, Torrontes, Valles de Altura - High Valley in Salta.

Second course
Provoleta Argentina, smoked and aged Argentinean cheese served with tomato, prosciutto and oregano.
Pairing: Zucardi Q, Malbec, La Consulta & Vista Flores in Mendoza.

Third course
Lamb chop with watercress, horseradish and heart of palms salad, drizzled with citrus vinaigrette.
Pairing: Zuccardi Tito 2010 (Icon of Zuccardi), La Consulta Valle de Uco in Mendoza.

Fourth course
Asado de Wagyu (Texas Wagyu short rib) braised for three hours in a reduction of fresh pomodoro and malbec, served with caramelized tomatoes and roasted garlic.
Pairing: Zuccardi Zeta (Icon of Zuccardi), La Consulta, Guaaltallary, Santa Rosa in Mendoza.

Fifth course
Créme Brulee of Dulce de Leche, South American version of the Créme Brulee.
Pairing: Santa Julia Late Harvest Torrontes.
