A well-prepared meal is often accompanied by a memorable dessert. "SUGA" (sugar) is the final offering in a course of successful PrintHouston exhibitions. Flirting with the concept of sweetness, home and cultural references, the four artists incorporate the concept of sugar to examine personal stories, cultural identities and historical happenings into a provoking visual play.
Each artist will continue to confront the boundaries of printmaking with experimental and traditional printmaking techniques.
