At the second dinner, Chef Aaron Bludorn is teaming up with James Beard Award finalist Rogelio Garcia of Auro. At the only Michelin-starred restaurant in Calistoga, Garcia redefines Mexican cuisine with a modern approach that highlights the finest ingredients the region has to offer.
