Janet Biggs and Echo of the Unknown curator Janet Phelps will have a public conversation with Todd DeShields Smith, director and CEO of the Orange County Museum of Art. Smith joined OCMA in August, arriving from the Tampa Museum of Art, where, during a six-year tenure as executive director, he oversaw the building of a new internationally award-winning museum in 2010. In 2011 he organized No Limits: Janet Biggs, a mid-career survey. 

This event is the culmination of the Blaffer Art Museum Innovation Series, the museum's most ambitious lineup of public programs around a single exhibition.
