"Feast: A Dinner Series" pairs executive chef/owner Philip Speer of Uchi with artists in the exhibition to create events that defy the rules of traditional culinary and artistic experience. The dinners, hosted in the private homes of Houston collectors, are designed as intimate gatherings, accommodating only 30 guests for a multi-course meal with wine pairings provided by sommelier David Keck.
