In 1997, a group of French winemakers had the idea of joining forces to present their respective wines to the world. The families, each tending their own vineyards, collectively represented more than 3,000 years of wine making history, and their wines, though limited in quantity, rivaled some of the finest wines produced in a country unmatched in producing fine wines.
This partnership, Chloe Wines, is coming to the Energy Corridor’s Bistro Provence to be part of an evening of French dining and fine wines. The dinner, created by Bistro Provence owner Genevieve Guy, will pair five superb wines with five Provence-inspired dishes. The wines will be introduced by Chloe’s U.S. ambassador Pascale Ferraro and Jean Philippe Guy, owner of Houston’s French Country Wines.
