As a follow up to his successful Waffle House-inspired "Breakfast for Dinner" event at Hay Merchant in June, Chris Shepherd now focuses his culinary talents on birds for this July five-course feast.
A reversal of typical Hay Merchant beer dinners — in which the beer is selected first and the food is paired with the beer — Shepherd determines the food menu first, and Hay Merchant owner Kevin Floyd matches beers to the food.
Tickets are available at Hay Merchant; only 32 tickets will be sold.
