Now that crawfish season is here, fried chicken season is coming to an end. The Bird House, a fried chicken pop-up concept from H-Town StrEATs and Matt Keller of Saint Arnold Brewing Co., will serve its last supper.
The Bird House hosts a final chicken and beer extravaganza. From 5 to 10 p.m., guests will enjoy all-you-can-eat chicken, biscuits and sides and no small amount of Saint Arnold beer. The buffet will include The Bird House's classic crispy fried chicken as well as some of the joint's most popular sides. Saint Arnold will be on hand to pass out its best chicken-pairing beer as well as other goodies.
The event includes music for dancing and picnic tables for resting, though it's recommended that guests bring their own lounge chairs.
