A project by Suchu Dance, the Big Range Dance Festival promises a collection of fresh, innovative and raw choreography from some of the most well-known and beloved choreographers and companies in Houston as well as some of the newest blood to emerge on the Houston dance scene. An artist-driven and artist-produced project, the festival presents new works that explore diverse ideas and break boundaries.

Barnevelder will transform into a contemporary art gallery and performance site for improvisational dance. The event will take the audience on an expedition in and around all of the venue's spaces — even outside. Jhon Stronks brings together visual artists, dancers and anyone else who can bring a twist to the afternoon's events.
