Best of Slamdance 2010: 100 Mornings

eventdetail

Slamdance has established a reputation for premiering new films by first-time writers and directors working within the creative confines of limited budgets.

100 Mornings, the evening's feature film, follows a couple hiding in a lakeside cabin hoping to survive a crisis while meanwhile making friends with the self-sufficient hippie neighbor. Poorly equipped to cope in a world without technology and saddled with completely conflicting world views, everything begins to disintegrate.

Also on the bill is a stop-motion short film, Bottle, which depicts a conversation across the ocean between two characters via objects in a bottle.
