Fiorenzo Dogliani, owner of Beni di Batasiolo, will join Carmelo Mauro for a wine dinner that will feature the Batasiolo Gavi, Gavi di Gavi Granee, Dolcetto and Barolo Cru Briccolina wines paired with choices of quail egg and black truffle, winter crespelle, creamy artichoke soup, prime rib with pepper sauce and black truffles, and a barolo chinato zabaglione for dessert.
