Legendary Texas barbecue joint Louie Mueller Barbecue will serve barbecue for the first time in Houston at Saint Arnold Brewing Co. Wayne Mueller, third generation owner and pitmaster, will drive from Taylor with his mobile barbecue rig filled with brisket, links and beef ribs.
Entry tickets include unlimited sample portions of all the barbecue and two pints of beer. Additional beer will be available for purchase. Tickets will be presold; tickets will not be available at the door. Rain or shine event.
Additionally, whole Louie Mueller briskets and beef rib racks will be available for presale. Whole briskets are $90. Beef rib racks (three bones) are $60. You must purchase an entry ticket to order briskets/beef rib.
Desserts will be available for purchase (cash only) from Houston pastry chef Rebecca Masson of Fluff Bake Bar. This event is presented in collaboration with the Houston Barbecue Festival.
