The 10th Anniversary of Girls Elevated is a community event that helps teen and preteen girls (3rd through 8th grade) and their parents/caregivers navigate the changes and challenges of adolescence, so they can emerge strong, healthy, resilient young women.

Led by a team of experts, this year’s sessions will cover the critical topics girls want and need to know about, including: puberty; substance use, prescription medication, and disguised drugs; goal setting for health and wellness; and improving resiliency and mental health through a “growth mindset”, just to name a few.

Caregivers will get trusted expert advice on normal psychological development, substance use, and other important topics to help strengthen their bond with their teen while keeping them safe and healthy.
