The Battle on the Bayou Beard & Mustache Competition benefiting Shriner's Hospital for Children awards prizes in categories such as chops, goatee, mustache natural, mustache styled, beard 0 to 6 inches, beard 6 to 12 inches, beard 12 inches plus, full beard with styled mustache, partial beard, best groomed, freestyle and women's beard and mustache.
Comedian Sam Demaris will be the emcee, and DJ Damon Allen will provide the tunes for the competition.
