Avondale House, a Houston non-profit that provides individuals with autism the resources, education, and training to develop to their fullest potential, will host their annual Challenging Autism Luncheon. The luncheon, sponsored by Co-Chairs Dr. Meena Wadhwa and Dr. Scott Parazynski, is the largest fundraising event for Avondale House and serves as a platform for autism awareness.
The program will feature special guest speaker, Ron Suskind, a Pulitzer Prize-winning journalist and bestselling author of Life, Animated: A Story of Sidekicks, Heroes, and Autism, which was adapted into an Academy Award-nominated documentary.
