Art on the Avenue is Houston's largest silent charity art auction, featuring original artwork and jewelry from over 300 local artists and benefiting the community revitalization work of non-profit Avenue Community Development Corporation (CDC). Every purchase supports local artists as well as affordable housing and community improvement initiatives that help low-income Houston families and neighborhoods. This year's event celebrates the 25th Anniversary of Avenue CDC and its positive impact on Houston.

Art on the Avenue has two signature events. The Preview Party gives guests "first look" and opportunity to bid on the artwork prior to the main Auction and Party.

New this year, art-inspired bites, curated by PaperCity’s Jailyn Marcel and James Brock, will be presented for preview party guests by local chefs such as Lee Ellis from Lee’s Creamery, Javani King from Dolce Ultra Lounge & Bistro, David Skinner from Eculent, Barbara McKnight from Culinaire, Jorge Rodriguez from Glass Wall, and culinary creatives at Tout Suite. An original art installation by Houston artist Patrick Renner will be constructed for the occasion.
