The Australian American Chamber of Commerce & Australian Consulate will host the 11th Annual Australia Day. Tickets include a tasty Aussie BBQ lunch cooked by local Aussie chef Jason Gould, meat pies, local Aussie brewery Platypus beer on tap, Aussie wines and plenty of activities for the adults and kids including the much anticipated Cricket match between Aussies vs Rest of the World, a Netball match, Australian Rules Football clinic with the Houston Lonestars & Rugby clinic with the Houston Sabercats.
Kids activities include petting zoo, jumping castle, face painting, crafts and Aussie sports clinics. Local Aussie celebrities will be there, too, including Sabercat rugby players and UoH Aussie punter Dane Roy commentating the cricket.
