Made possible by the Tameez family, Asia Society Texas will celebrate Eid al-Fitr through food, performances, artist demonstrations, activities, and games. Guests can start outside on the festival lawn by visiting food trucks and stalls, watching a musical performance, and trying their hand at ebru. Guests can get a beautiful henna design, watch a calligraphy demonstration, and make a paper lantern. They can head inside to the bazaar, featuring local artists and small business owners.
