Danscape, now in its 15th year, is a benefit dance concert featuring Planet Funk, The Movement Lab, Dance Zone, DeLeon Dance NY, Houston Dance Lab, Instep-Dance Company, works by Nick Muckleroy, Amber Thorton, and Dina Vail. There will be a special guest appearance by the legendary Ms. Lauren Anderson of the Houston Ballet and National Gospel Singer Johnny B. Williams.
The organization's mission is to increase dance appreciation in the community. Proceeds go to outreach programs, scholarships, Ronald McDonald House, Can-Care and ovarian cancer awareness. There will be a raffle, silent, and live auction during the event.
