Art of the World Gallery presents "Cosmic Energy in Jiménez Deredia’s Sculptures" opening day

eventdetail

"Cosmic Energy in Jiménez Deredia’s Sculptures" will showcase 17 of Jorge Jiménez Deredia’s sculptures. Incorporating smooth lines, curves, and spheres into his work - something Jiménez Deredia describes as the “perfect expression of the universal globality” that we live in today - Jiménez Deredia brings about a certain sculptural magic that is both aesthetically pleasing and an interesting juxtaposition of spirituality and rationality. Jiménez Deredia remains the only extra-European artist to have a work represented in the Vatican’s public collection - an amazing lifetime achievement and feat unmatched by present artists.

Following the opening day, the exhibit will be on display until March 17, 2018.
