This solo art exhibition features local visual artist Lizbeth Ortiz and guest artist Blue OneThirty. Ortiz will feature a new series of oil portraits that capture the essence of her subjects through lighting, color and composition in a photo-realistic style.
Born in Mexico City and raised in Houston, Ortiz was thrust into adulthood in New York City. After graduating from The High School for Performing and Visual Arts in Houston in 1994, she attended Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, N.Y., to study Fashion Design.
