Austinite Stephanie Reid has been an artist and photographer for more than 20 years. She uses the studio name "HaikuFlash" as her work is usually inspired by nature. A "haiku flash" is a brief poetic moment that inspires her art. She uses photomontage and the ancient techniques of woodblock printing and bamboo brush painting to create her daydreams of Asia.
