Houston will join in the internationally acclaimed "Before I Die . . . " interactive global art project that invites individuals of all ages to share their personal aspirations in a public space. The four-paneled stenciled wall will debut on March 20. The wall, whose panels are sized eight by eight feet, will remain up through March 31.
