Art League Houston will honor its 2010 Texas Artist of the Year, Joseph Havel, at its annual gala at the Omni Houston Hotel. Texas Patrons of the Year Leslie and Brad Bucher will also be honored for their dedication and generous contributions to Houston’s art community.
White Shirts and Chiffon, the evening’s theme, pays tribute to Havel’s skillful, thought-provoking works that expose the beauty and simplicity of the routine and mundane.
