Jim Olive’s works will be for sale along with works created by his friends and notable Chinese Shenzhen photographers, Li Xiaoying, a member of the Chinese Royal Photographic Society, and Jia Yu Chuan of the Shenzhen Professional Photographers Association. With works in collections both public and private, Olive has been a professional photographer for over 50 years. His photo assignments have taken him to more than 90 countries, including China and Saudi Arabia.
Long known for his skylines and aerial images, of particular interest this month are Olive’s nature and wildlife series printed on aluminum Dibond. As a long-standing proponent of the environment a generous portion of the proceeds for the event will be donated by the artist to non-profit environmental organizations.
