Bid on the work of more than 300 Texas artists, enjoy the live music of Texas Johnny Boy and enjoy beer, wine and food from area restaurants at the 14th Annual Art on the Avenue fundraiser benefitting Avenue CDC. This year's raffle prize is "Sorrow of the King," a lithograph after a gouache decoupé by Henri Matisse, signed on the stone. Bid on unique bird houses designed and crafted by County Judge Ed Emmett, Gerald Hines, George Lancaster, Ernie Manouse, Mayor Annise Parker, Lynn Wyatt and CultureMap's Clifford Pugh & Shelby Hodge.
The event is from 6-10 p.m. Bidding ends at 9:30 p.m.
