Ars Lyrica presents A Marian Feast

Ars Lyrica's 2022 holiday program explores the rich musical legacy of the Virgin Mary, from medieval polyphony to contemporary carols and anthems. The main course at this sumptuous musical feast is Claudio Monteverdi's 1610 setting of the Magnificat for six voices and continuo.

Performers will include Julia Fox, soprano; Alexandra Gorman, soprano; Michael Skarke, countertenor; Kyle Stegall, tenor; Thomas O’Neill, tenor; and Kirby Traylor, baritone.
