Ars Lyrica will present a special staged performance of Les Plaisirs de Versailles Feb. 28 at Rienzi.
Singers from the University of Houston Moores School of Music Collegium Musicum will join Ars Lyrica's instrumental ensemble for the performance, which gives a glimpse of the sumptuous elegance of Baroque courtly life in Versailles.
A wine and chocolate reception wil follow the performance.
