Archaeology Now will celebrate Texas History Month with hands-on activities, tours, and re-enactors. Guests can learn about life in the 1800s as you travel to the Texas frontier, towns, and villages, excavate like an archaeologist, write with quills, and more.
Included in Pioneering Texans adventure is a tour of the 1823 “Old Place” cabin and a replica of a general store built circa 1870s. Re-enactors from Jesse H. Jones Park and BBC Nature Center bring the past to life.
